Mango Tea
1 part Pinnacle Mango
2 parts Sweetened Iced Tea
Splash Lemon-Lime Soda
Make it: Mix in a glass with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge
Key Lime Juice
1 part Pinnacle Key Lime Whipped
1 part Orange Juice
1 part Pineapple Juice
Splash Lemon-Lime Soda
Make it: Mix in a glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge
Key Mango Beach
1 part Pinnacle Key Lime Whipped
1 part Pinnacle Mango
2 parts Lemonade
Splash Fresh Lime Juice
Make it: Mix in a glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge
ChocoVine Whipped Martini
 2 ounces ChocoVine Whipped Cream
1 ounce vodka
1 dollop whipped cream
Chocolate sprinkles for garnish
Make it: Combine ChocoVine and vodka in a pint glass with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Add small dollop of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
Hot & Dirty Martini
 1 3/4 ounce Grey Goose Vodka 1/4 ounce dry vermouth
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon olive juice
3 large green pitted olives
1/2 ounce Jasper Hill, Bailey Hazen Blue cheese or other blue cheese
Make it: Crumble blue cheese into small pieces. Using a chopstick or small utensil press blue cheese into olives. Skewer all three olives together. Fill martini glass with ice and set aside to chill. Using a jigger, measure out appropriate portions of each liquid excluding the Tabasco and combine into shaker packed with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour ice out of martini glass and slowly drizzle Tabasco sauce around the inside rim of the glass. Strain vodka mixture into the martini glass and submerge stuffed olives into the glass as well.
Ramazzotti Ginger
 1 part Sambuca Romana
4 parts Ginger Ale
Ice
Make It: Fill a highball glass half with ice. Add Sambuca and ginger ale. Stir to blend flavors. Garnish and serve.
Hartley Brandy Sidecar  4 parts Hartley VS Brandy 2 parts Gran Gala Triple Orange Liqueur 1 part of Lime Juice Lemon Twist (for garnish) Sugar (optional) Make It: Shake well with ice, and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Add a lemon twist for garnish. Black and Blue Martini
 2 ounces of Van Gogh Vodka
2 ounces of Hendricks Gin
1 dash of Dry Vermouth
3 large Olives
1 teaspoon of Blue Cheese
Make It: Combine vodka, gin and vermouth in a shaker. Stir gently. Strain and serve in an ice cold martini glass. Garnish with three large green olives stuffed with blue cheese. |
